Armstrong advises Littlefish on its investment from Bowmark Capital
Armstrong is pleased to have provided Vendor Commercial Due Diligence (vCDD) for Bowmark Capital’s investment in Littlefish, a leading provider of managed IT and Cyber services. This is the second time that Armstrong has conducted CDD on Littlefish, having previously advised on LDC’s investment in 2019.
Founded in 2003, Littlefish provides a comprehensive range of managed IT, cyber security, cloud and IT consultancy services to over 200 customers across both the private and public sectors. Littlefish has successfully built on its clear proposition, compelling competitive positioning and an efficient route to market to deliver consistent growth over LDC’s investment period.
Armstrong’s sellside CDD work included an overview of market demand and a detailed review of the competitive landscape, an assessment of the route to market and operational initiatives including automation, and a roadmap for future development of the proposition.
“We enjoyed working with the Armstrong team. They got an understanding of our business and market position quickly. Their CDD report helped investors understand our market, positioning, and our growth opportunity.” Steve Robinson, CEO, Littlefish
“We look forward to seeing Littlefish develop in partnership with Bowmark. Their differentiated service offering and talented management team will continue to support their strong growth.” Mike Callow
