Armstrong supports Dunedin’s investment in digital technology services specialist Incremental Group

Armstrong has provided commercial due diligence for Dunedin’s investment in Incremental Group, the provider of digital technology services.

The business helps its clients to design, implement and manage their IT infrastructure needs which include ERP, CRM, cyber security and digital applications. It has a headcount of 125, across five sites in Glasgow, London, Manchester, Inverurie and Northwich.  Clients include Total, Aggreko Shelter, Scottish Leather Group and Aberdeen City Council.

Management has delivered growth through a combination of organic expansion and the acquisition of Gap Consulting in June 2018.  Dunedin’s investment will continue and accelerate this strategy.

CDD included interviews with current customers from all practice areas and 10 industry verticals.  In addition, we spoke with the usual blend of market experts, partners, and competitors.

CDD was led by Peter Cookson and Mike Callow, Head of Technology, from our Manchester office.  They first met the management team in 2016 and have supported numerous ERP/CRM service provider deals, including recent investments in TNP and Edenhouse.
