Armstrong supports GCP's investment in CubeLogic

Armstrong has provided CDD for Growth Capital Partners (GCP) in support of its investment in CubeLogic, the market-leading supplier of risk management software to energy, commodity, and financial services firms.

Clients use CubeLogic’s innovative, specialist software to effectively & efficiently manage their credit risk and market risk exposures. Clients also use CubeLogic to monitor compliance with relevant regulations, including trade surveillance.

Current market volatility proves the need and increased demand for CubeLogic’s technologically-advanced, cost-effective risk management solutions. GCP’s equity investment will support CubeLogic’s ambitious expansion plan, building on growth achieved to date while continuing to support its global client base.

Armstrong provided full buy-side CDD, building on our team’s strategy and industry experience in the financial services and technology sectors.
