Armstrong has provided commercial due diligence for Mobeus Equity Partners’ £9 million investment in Ventrica, a European, award-winning outsourced contact centre.
Ventrica provides intelligent, multi-lingual and omni-channel outsourced customer service to a range of global ‘blue-chip’ brands.
Southend-based Ventrica was founded in 2010 by Dino Forte and has undergone rapid growth, doubling in size over the last two years. Ventrica is one Southend’s major private employers, with over 350 staff and aiming to grow to 600 this year.
Armstrong conducted 55 interviews in the course of the project, covering 91% of Oasis’ top 20 customer revenues. Armstrong’s included detailed strategic, technical and operational recommendations to support Ventrica’s ambitious growth plans and maximise equity value creation.
