Armstrong has provided top-up CDD for WestBridge’s investment in construction software provider Eque2.
Eque2 supplies business management software to more than 2,700 customers in the construction, housebuilding and contracting industries. Revenues have grown significantly over the last four years and it has proven to be exceptionally resilient during the Covid pandemic. The company continues to invest in customer service and product development to allow customers to further integrate and mobilise the commercial and financial aspects of their business to drive efficiencies and ultimately improve profitability.
Armstrong’s work consisted of a detailed review of the construction ERP market and competitive environment, together with an analysis of Eque2’s positioning.
Peter Barkley of WestBridge commented “Armstrong quickly evaluated a complex market and competitive environment, helping us evaluate the vendor CDD, refining our investment hypotheses, and building our knowledge of the market dynamics to feed into our value creation plan.”
