Built Environment: Andwis Group’s acquisition of Senseco Systems

Armstrong provided customer due diligence to Andwis Group (Andwis) on its acquisition of Senseco Systems (Senseco).

Senseco is a leading independent specialist in fire and security solutions, delivering expert design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services across a wide range of fire protection and safety systems. Since its establishment in 2009, Senseco has expanded to a team of more than 350 employees operating eight fire and security service lines across the UK.  

The acquisition will further strengthen Andwis’ position as the front-runner for technical and compliance solutions for single and multi-site estates nationwide, and has become the UK’s leading and highest accredited independent provider of fire and security services. 

Armstrong provided a focused piece of customer referencing to support the deal, completing a series of highly detailed interviews to add confidence to Andwis’s acquisition hypotheses.
