Armstrong provided customer due diligence to Synova-backed Mecsia Group (Mecsia) on its acquisition of FMS Fire and Security Ltd (FMS).

Based in Scotland, FMS delivers expert fire detection, CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions. With over 25 years of experience, the company is recognised for its technical excellence, strong organisational culture, and dependable service model. FMS has established a trusted reputation across a diverse portfolio of commercial and public sector clients.

The acquisition will further strengthen Mecsia’s national capability and continued momentum as a leading provider of high‑quality, compliance‑led technical services across the UK.

Armstrong provided a focused piece of customer referencing to support the deal. We carried out 14 in-depth interviews with customers and leveraged our previous experience in the fire safety market to benchmark FMS’s performance versus competitors.
