Armstrong is pleased to have provided commercial due diligence in support of Ufenau Capital Partners’ investment in leading fire protection specialist, CLM Fireproofing.

Founded in 1989, and headquartered in London, CLM is a specialist in passive fire protection, providing design guidance, installation and remediation solutions. CLM operates nationally, supporting blue-chip construction clients, architects and the Public Sector.

CLM combines technical expertise with technology-enabled fire consultancy, including its proprietary NEXUS platform, to support earlier-stage design coordination and compliance assurance.

Ufenau’s investment will support CLM’s accelerated growth strategy through a systematic Buy-&-Build approach. Leveraging increased regulatory scrutiny, the partnership will focus on consolidating the highly fragmented passive fire protection market. CLM will continue to expand into ancillary services and new geographies, strengthening its market position, driving operational scale, and building a technology-first fire protection platform.

Armstrong carried out full CDD, including market sizing, competitor analysis, assessment of CLM’s expansion opportunities, and customer referencing.
