Business Services: NLO partners with Ipsilon  

Armstrong conducted sell-side customer referencing and focused due diligence to support NV Nederlandsch Octrooibureau (NLO) in its strategic partnership with Ipsilon. 

NLO is a prominent intellectual property (IP) firm based in the Netherlands specialising in patent, trademark, and design protection services across a wide range of industries, including technology, life sciences, and engineering. 

Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Paris, Ipsilon is a top-tier IP law firm that helps clients, ranging from large corporations and SMEs to startups and public service organisations, manage their intellectual property rights throughout Europe. 

The partnership will create the largest IP firm within the European Union, combining the expertise of both organisations.  The move will give clients worldwide access to a fully integrated, one-stop-shop for IP services in Europe, providing faster, more comprehensive, and highly specialised support, even for the most complex and challenging issues.
