Built Environment & Industrials: Andwis Group’s acquisition in Rock Compliance  

Armstrong provided commercial due diligence to support building services provider Andwis Group on its acquisition of Rock Compliance. 

Warwickshire based, Rock Compliance specialises in water and air hygiene, water treatment, and mechanical and electrical compliance. It operates across 12 sites nationwide and employs more than 200 service engineers. 

This acquisition will enable Rock Compliance to broaden its service offerings, drive innovation, and maintain its commitment to high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. 

Armstrong’s due diligence work included in-depth interviews with Rock Compliance’s customers across property management, facilities management, local councils and healthcare sectors. Our voice of the customer work covered how customers perceive the business, key strengths, future growth areas, and actionable insights to maximise relationships going forward.
