Tech: Atombit acquires Elyadata
Armstrong provided customer due diligence to support Atombit’s acquisition of Elyadata, an AI and data engineering company.
Founded in Tunisia in 2017 with offices in Paris and Tunis, Elyadata was built for the AI era, bringing strategy, research and engineering together to ensure that the people shaping solutions work closely with those developing and implementing them. Its team of 60 specialists spans AI engineering, solution design, software development and operations, supporting clients across Europe in sectors including insurance, banking, retail and healthcare.
Elyadata is the sixth company to join Atombit and the first since the group’s brand relaunch in early October. The acquisition complements Atombit’s core data and AI capabilities, adding talent, scale and experience, while broadening its geographic reach into the Benelux region and French- and Arabic-speaking markets.
Armstrong provided a focused piece of customer referencing to support the deal, completing a series of highly detailed interviews to add confidence to Atombit’s acquisition hypotheses.
