Tech: Bluprintx’s acquisition of Skie

Armstrong provided commercial due diligence (CDD) to support Palatine-backed Bluprintx’s acquisition of Skie, an APAC based Salesforce consultancy. 

Bluprintx is a strategic digital transformation agency specialising in supporting enterprise clients through complex sales, marketing, and service transformations, leveraging deep expertise in Adobe, Salesforce, and AI-powered solutions. The team consists of over 200 employees across offices in the UK, Hungary, the USA, Australia, and Singapore.  

Founded just over six years ago, Skie has quickly emerged as one of the fastest-growing Salesforce consultancies in the Asia-Pacific region. With more than 210 certifications and a team of 50 experts, the company holds a leadership position in implementing Agentforce – Salesforce’s AI platform for autonomous enterprise agents. 

The acquisition marks Bluprintx’s latest step in its strategic buy-and-build strategy, which will significantly strengthen its global Salesforce capabilities and ambition to become a leading global consolidator across the Salesforce and Adobe ecosystems.
