Vertical-specific software: Omni’s acquisition of Sava Technology Limited

Armstrong provided commercial due diligence (CDD) to support Omni Partners (Omni) acquisition of Sava Technology, a leading provider of energy analytics software to UK housing providers. The transaction marks the fifth strategic acquisition for Infoshare+, Omni’s public sector-focused software and data solutions platform.

With over 30 years of experience and a client base exceeding 220 social housing providers, Sava Technology is a trusted partner to the UK’s public housing sector. The company supports clients in cutting carbon emissions, achieving compliance with regulations, and realising measurable cost savings. Its flagship product, the Sava Technology Intelligent Energy platform, is a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that allows housing associations and local authorities to analyse and enhance the energy efficiency of their housing stock.

Infoshare+ delivers mission-critical data and software solutions to the public sector. The acquisition will strengthen its core offering in infrastructure, housing, and asset management by adding essential housing functionality. This move further demonstrates Infoshare+’s ongoing commitment to supporting the public sector with robust, data-driven solutions.

Armstrong’s due diligence work included in-depth interviews with Sava Technology’s customers and partners, covering how customers perceive the business, key strengths, relationships with integrators, future outlook, and actionable insights to maximise relationships going forward.
